It is suitable for measuring the angle of helicopter rotors with blade root thickness of 5mm/8mm/10mm/12mm/14mm/[blade root thickness of 2.5mm-5mm and mounting hole ≥M2.5]. The metal parts are made of 6061T6 aluminum alloy with high precision five-axis CNC machining.
The digital display inclination box on the top has a magnetic adsorption measuring surface function, two measuring angles, and one-click switching between two unit slopes and angles. With a Type-C charging cable, it has a charging function, so you don’t have to worry about battery failure during use. The LCD high-definition display has a backlight function and can still be seen clearly in the sun.
This mini digital inclinometer/pitch meter HOT100006 can measure the tail rotor angle.
(When measuring the tail rotor angle, the level bubble needs to be placed horizontally.)
Before use, place the bottom of the pitch ruler on the motor or other relatively flat part of the helicopter. In the power-on state, short-press the power button on the top of the digital display inclinometer box, and the number on the screen changes to "0.00" and the character "REF" is displayed.
If the main rotor is being measured, add or remove metal sheets according to the thickness of the blade root, and embed the metal parts into the main rotor clamp. The angle value obtained is the pitch angle.
If you are measuring the tail rotor, you must first remove the metal parts at the bottom to reduce weight and minimize interference.
Choose M2.5 or M3 holes according to the installation holes at the propeller root, select the corresponding screws, remove the unsuitable screws, insert the back of the L-shaped base plate into the tail rotor clamp, and tighten the screws.
