Dealer Requirements
To become an authorized HDRC dealer, you must provide a valid State Retail Certificate or Sales Tax Resale Certificate. You must also operate either a physical brick-and-mortar store or an official e-commerce website.
Price Lists and Ordering
All orders must be placed online through our website: hdrcwholesale.com. If you need assistance with an order or prefer to place an order offline, please email support@hdrcwholesale.com for assistance.
Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer free shipping for all orders over $500, making it easier and more cost-effective for you to stock up on the products you need.
Use of Photography & Marketing Materials
Dealers are permitted to use HDRC-approved photography and marketing materials for brands purchased directly from us.
Returns and Warranty
Product Returns: Our return policy is for 30 days. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and proof of purchase. The dealer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty Information: Our warranty for all items is for 30 days from the date of purchase. We will replace broken parts free of charge for factory defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage from incorrect use, intentional abuse, or normal wear and tear. We will not replace entire vehicles, but rather the individual defective or broken parts.
Return Process:
- Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package the items securely and include all necessary information for each item.
- Ship the package to one of our warehouses. HDRC will take possession of the inventory only once it has been received and verified at our warehouse.
Minimum Advertised Price ("MAP") Policy
A Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy has been established by HDRC and its manufacturer partners to benefit all industry retailers. Any advertised price that is less than the MAP price on our website or on the dealer price list is a violation of this policy.
The MAP policy applies to all forms of media, including email campaigns, websites, in-cart prices, print ads, mailers, social media ads, and flyers. Line-wide discounts, percentage-off sales, and incentivizing customers with free products when a MAP product is purchased are also considered violations.
Violations of the MAP policy may result in HDRC ceasing to supply products to the dealer at our sole discretion, without prior notice or warning.
Creating a Warranty Claim
Customers must contact us by emailing support@hdrcwholesale.com before sending any products in for warranty or service.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
In many cases, basic troubleshooting can quickly resolve issues and save both time and shipping costs.
When shipping products to HDRC for warranty or service, please include the following information inside the package along with the product:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Return Shipping Address
- Description of the issue and any troubleshooting steps taken
- Detailed setup information (e.g., Vehicle type, Battery/voltage, ESC, Power connection, etc.)
- Order Number
